Fresh Halibut Sandwich

  • Two skinless 1/2 pound halibut fillets

  • Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • One tablespoon of olive oil

  • One teaspoon of lemon juice
